The essential of our methodology is based on three factors:

1. Technology and tailored boats
Through the years we have developed both technology and tools that optimize our operations, from planning to reports when the job is done. An important part of this is the GPS-based system that keeps track on where all cleaners are, and how the pollution is distributed.

2. Mobility
The teams live on sailboats and move straight into the most polluted areas, and stay there for long periods of time. Like that, we save time for transport, and can use the hours of the day for cleaning, not transport. This also reduces emissions and costs.

3. Volunteering
Our long term volunteers is and endless access to highly motivated workforce, with variety of background, educations and skills that would not be available in a commercial setting with normal full time paid personell.  Read more about them here.
